The short version: this site does not track you, and only collects what you choose to share with me.

What this site does not do

  • No cookies, no advertising trackers, no audience measurement scripts.
  • No resources loaded from third-party services: fonts and content are hosted with the site.
  • No sharing or resale of data, to anyone.

What I collect, and why

  • If you download the guide: your first name, your last name and your email address, to know who reads it and, if your situation warrants it, to get back to you about it. Every email lets you decline any further contact.
  • If you write to me via the contact form: first name, last name, company, role, email address and your problem description, to answer you.

On what basis

  • Contact form: your request itself, which I need to be able to answer.
  • Guide: my legitimate interest in knowing who reads it and getting back to you on a professional matter. You can object at any time.

Where this data goes

It arrives in my mailbox and is kept on my hosting space, with Infomaniak, in Switzerland. No third-party marketing tool, no shared list. Switzerland is recognized by the European Union as providing an adequate level of protection: your data never leaves a country considered safe under the GDPR.

For how long

3 years after our last contact, then deletion. At any time, one email is enough to request immediate deletion.

Statistics

The site relies solely on the server's technical statistics (pages viewed, volumes), without cookies or individual tracking. Technical logs (IP addresses) are managed by the host for the security of the service.

Your rights

In accordance with the Swiss data protection act (nFADP) and the European GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, object, restrict processing and to data portability. A simple email is enough. If my answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or to the CNIL if you live in France.
